At long last my set from Bass Coast 2022 is available for your listening pleasure my friends. 
I was fortunate enough to get blessed with an absolute banger time slot on friday night at slay bay so i decided to go full tilt all gas no brakes with this set. The energy in there was so turbo boosted this time around that i think this was honestly the most fun set i've ever had - truly the highlight of my whole year/last 3 years/life in general? 
Forever grateful to the bass coast team for that opportunity and much love always to all the freaks that support me.

Here you go guys a little exclusive mix for the holidays. It started out just being a little edit for social media to really showcase the strings, but the reaction from you all was insane so I decided to drop it. Now it's honestly my favourite version of the song so I really hope you all like it!

Here is my set from Skinny Kitty Teahouse this year at Burning Man! This was the first set I played at the Burn after 3 years away, and what can I say… we were all sooooo ready!! Skinny Kitty put on a fantastic Thursday night with an incredible fire show from the Illuminaughties and a cracking lineup with Dinga, Christafari, Jbird, Malarkey, Dov1, Kowta Jleon, LittleJohn and Morninglory - what an epic night! 

I was thrilled to be throwing down alongside so much talent, and with so many friends and fam who showed up in force, and on those crazy Voids from Royal Sound and Lighting!

I hope you turn it all the way up and enjoy this journey! I hope you can feel the magic and the love!

A RE:CONSTRUCTED set is a *long* way removed from a standard DJ set. Here's how it works.

Simon takes hundreds of tracks from his huge library, painstakingly deconstructs them (using Ai if needed to separate elements from the original tracks), and then pieces everything back together to create a hugely emotive and immersive musical story.

He uses Ableton Live and multiple controllers to trigger up to 16 individual channels of audio at any one time during the performance, and also performs live keyboard overdubs. The end result is a hugely addictive, compulsive and compelling blend of music that's often new, often familiar but always utterly unique.

This is storytelling on a giant canvas, and in 2024 we will be adding visuals and further live instrumentation to these RE:CONSTRUCTED sets.
