Finally got a master worthy of publishing.  Had to remix this at least a dozen times to get there.  Had to learn parallel compression to get what I wanted out of drums and some other new techniques.

First quality mix.  Will probably replace with a master.  Really happy with the guitar, interesting to compare the emulation L with the real tube amp R.  Putting Danny Carey on midi was a daunting task.  My Maynard impression isnt what it used to be.  Had some fun with some new vocal processing tools.

The Cars - Drive - Cover - Final Mix 

Majority of synth and drum emulations are now all what were used in the original song.  12 synth tracks alone.  The Fairlight really made this one.  Added a touch of bass synth.  Added some sweeps.  Finished the toms and got them out of the way of the wood block. Vocoder vox are sitting better in the mix.  Added slight delay to lead vox.

This came in at a whopping 29 tracks and 9 buses.  Yikes.  Hardest part was the "edge of breakup" guitar tone, those are tricky.  Synths sound pretty nice.
