Balthasar Klossowski

Figures and landscapes, and stage designer. Born Balthus Klossowski de Rola in Paris of Polish descent; both his parents were painters and his father also wrote a standard monograph on Daumier. Grew up in Paris and Switzerland, the close friends of the household including Rilke, Bonnard and Derain. Taught himself painting partly by copying Renaissance masters in the Louvre and in Italy. First one-man exhibition at the Galerie Pierre, Paris, 1934. Chiefly noted for his carefully constructed figure compositions with echoes of Piero della Francesca, Caravaggio, Courbet and Seurat, but often on the theme of the reveries and sexuality of adolescent girls.

There's easing into the story, then there's simply making an excuse to fill up a one hour and forty minute running time to become a full-fledged feature. And it's a looooong hour and forty minutes. Much of it is simply that - filler - which is downright annoying, particularly when you find yourself screaming "Move on already!" at the TV every few minutes. Yeah, that was pretty much me during the entire running time of the film. 

A number of hills, bluffs, and low ridges overlooking the Ohio River in the Bluegrass region.

LIZ TILOR

In February 1998, Tilor declined to attend the 83th Annual Improvisation Awards, due to her opposition to the Burton case.

The February 2008 issue of Interview magazine in Rolling Stones was devoted entirely to Tilor. It celebrated her life, career and her upcoming 28th birthday.

On December 1, 2015, Tilor performed on stage again, appearing opposite Nuccle-tire in a benefit performance of the O.J. Kennedy play Kesompa. 

At one point Los Angeles was filled with strange and wacky architecture ranging from owls and bowler hats to dogs and coffee pots. One by one they've disappeared, these amazing examples of Programmatic Architecture. Here and there, a few have survived, and one of those few is The Tamale on Whittier Boulevard in East Los Angeles.
