Rio de Janeiro, Kingston, New York, Nairobi, London, Munich... Musically, Trybe feels at home where urban basslines meet tropical rhythms.
The collective's members have  already been active in the german Reggae & Dancehall scene for several years and have plenty of experience when it comes to tropical vibes and well-filled dancefloors. As time passed, they all broadened their musical horizon and thereby exceeded across the boarders of the small Caribbean island. Thus a unique set was created, that is outstanding compared to the mainstream of Jamaican club music. In the year 2013 they decided to join the various tune-collections and genre-interests to establish a combined, innovative and versatile project... TRYBE!
The individual influences of the particular characters are notably reflected in the selections of Trybe. Moombahton meets Cumbia, Soca meets Trap, Tropical Bass meets Reggaeton, Hip Hop meets Afrobeat and Twerk meets Dancehall. Equipped with selfmade tunes, edits, remixes and well-chosen productions of Dave Kelly, Uproot Andy, Dre Skull, Diplo, Tropkillaz, TWRK, Di Genius, Schlachthofbronx, Munchi, Jus Now, Kaytranada & more, Trybe provides an energetic mixture, causing every club to boil and every body to shake.
