Sometimes a tune just happens. I needed a happy and hopeful thought, and this song came out.  We all need more happy thoughts after last year.

As was their wont after a long summer's day of play, several of the neighborhood children would take the shortcut through Barber Woods, passing the old mansion, and wave to the smiling lady, dressed-in-white at the top window, who always seemed to be there watching as they passed.

Duet Of Tears

Sometimes you feel like you belong to another place. A remote place in which you find out positive emotions and marvelous people; maybe an interesting and surprising person. I think about the Mediterranean while writing these words. An island is capable of enclosing all this meaning, a little spot full of dreams and strong vibes.

This piece has been composed during the confinement experienced in Spain due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic.

Inspired by my old studιes on classical guitar of some very old music styles, like Medieval-Renaissance (15-17th century) with a modern touch of ambient guitar playing (a classical-ambient guitar fusion!)
