Afrosteria proudly presents “Ubuntu”, the latest release by Kankou, an artist with roots in Burkina Faso and Ivory Coast, born and raised in Italy. With this track, Kankou channels his heritage into a powerful and immersive journey into the deeper side of Afro Tech.

“Ubuntu” is a percussion-driven production, layered over a dark, trance-tinged bassline and driving synths that build a hypnotic atmosphere from start to finish. A piano-led progression adds emotion and movement, guiding listeners through a soundscape that is both soulful and intense.

Rooted in the African philosophy of Ubuntu: “I am because we are”, the track celebrates community, unity, and the spiritual power of rhythm. Balancing ancestral depth and modern electronic energy, “Ubuntu” is designed for those late-night moments where Afro House merges seamlessly with darker, techno-tinged sounds.
