There were strange markings, sketches and drawings etched into the old brickwork. The scribbles told the story behind the people who had lived here long ago, before the rest of civilisation found out. This was once a great palace, a mysterious temple in which bliss could be found in strange spells, potions, poisons and delights. Now it was simply another place to visit with a callous gaze. What had once been a utopian vision of life, now reduced to a mere tourist hotspot and an empty faceless visitation hall. 

Terror Peaks is set to release a new EP on MOTR, a sub imprint of Slow Dance, a record label from London with which we follow with close attention. The imprint itself sits somewhere between the post punk and experimental fringes of music culture but occasionally dabbles in electronic escapades. This new EP from Terror Peaks is one such outing and sets a marker for things to come.

London-based sound mangler & audio-artist extraordinaire Rico Casazza drops his first EP for Insult To Injury, the Ransom Note Records sub-label run by Timothy Clerkin.

Drawing influence from the 80's Electro scene, early UK Jungle and the darker realms of Dub Techno - 'Atompunk' is as evocative as it is full of lazer-sighted purpose.

Techno meets D&B genius, Eusebeia then takes the reins for the 'Atompunk' remix, dishing up a menacing hardcore and jungle-tinged, breakbeat assault.

Summer has arrived and with it our first club release in ages, a high energy burner by KΣITO from Tokyo, Japan. We are more than excited to welcome this talented MPC finger drummer Keito Suzuki to fiery post-lockdown dance floors. He draws inspiration from the South African Gqom and percussive music, and in his own stately way he merges big room intensity with an experimental explosion of weirdness. Expect bare bones techno, full of earworm hooks. Tolouse Low Trax and Kӣr complement this record with a bunch of psychedelic remixes, creating a great balanced journey.

Vincent Koreman a.k.a. Drvg Cvltvre has been cultivating its perfect mix of Techno, Electro and Acid for a few decades, varying speed as his gusto, but without removing an iota of intensity or darkness. His high volume of work means that he publishes almost everything through his New York Haunted label, but his productions have also shone on renowned labels such as Pinkman, Viewlexx, Shipwrec, Permanent Vacation or OMNIDISC. In this new release through NNY Records, he again stands out from the rest of the producers thanks to four great tracks that move between slow, dense and epic Techno with acid touches and hazy environments (A Lion Sinester, Dead and Gone); the dirtiest and leatheriest Electro (Serbian Ballerinas) and the most abrasive and serious Acid you can find on the dance floor (You Smell Like Cheetos And Sadness).
