Punk Spice Volume 1 was originally invented by Michelle Isabella Del Castillo and Victoria Vicary in their home in Gainesville, Florida with Duke, Alice and Clicquot of course. The idea was to make something just of their own from all of the clever ideas they created together. One thing the two always bonded over was being edgy but sweet, cute but psycho, punk but spice. This extended playlists attempts to some up the biploar emotions of surviving trauma, fighting for reparations, wearing your heart on your sleeve while ripping others out. The songs were inspired by artists, groups, and bands like Lil Tracy, Brittney Spears, Death Grips, Lil Peep, Blink-182, XXXTENTACION, Spice Girls, Father, Pierce the Veil, Rico Nasty, CharliXCX, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Gucci Mane, TV Girl, Princess Nokia, Paramore, Juice Wrld, Skye Sweetnam, Kali Uchis, Hawthorne Heights, and Hello Kitty and many more.
