Since starting out as a resident at New York City's legendary Konkrete Jungle events in the mid nineties, Tuffist has established himself as an integral part of the international bass music community. 
A sought after selector and producer, Tuffist has toured extensively and has released music on various vinyl and digital imprints. His music has received support from top dj's around the globe including Kiss Fm's DJ Hype and Rebel MC (a.k.a Congo Natty). 
 Tuffist also forms one quarter of Chopstick Dubplate (alongside Jacky Murda, Aries and King Yoof), a well respected international Ragga-Jungle collective and record label.

Djing for almost 30 years, covering a wide range of dance music from hardcore, jungle tekno, happy hardcore, dutch hardcore, trance/hard, hard house, dnb, jungle and more recently 140 dub / deep dubstep. 
Ran with STS crew back in the 90s and attended the mighty EXODUS party's in Luton..  This year (365 days) has been tough on every body, and there are so many people in the same boat that my intention was to upload monthly mixes here of stuff I'm digging, Available for download to enjoy when ever but things went sideways real fast and it knocked me back harder than I've ever experienced. Music has always been my magic carpet able to lift me off and take me to some amazing states of mind. with this said I am now in second gear ready to get my music head back on and hit the ground running! WATCH THIS SPACE!! You still watching? Good cos theres a new mix coming currently in editing process so hold tight ;)
