Today is a day to remember those who have gone before us. In the picture, my mother Reidun and my dog, Cooper Frost.
They had a mutual bond, love and respect that was rare. May they both be blessed, and rest in deep peace.
I will always remember the abundance of healing both these gave me.

Dedicated to a friend, who works at Shangri-la, one of my favourite stores in #Oslo.

This track may be #healing for people with a psychiatric diagnosis. These tend to have many indications and few proofs - of course, I am not talking about physical diagnosis's.

When we don't understand why people react the way they do, we often stigmatise them. "Oh, you are so neurotic", "Oh, don't be so bipolar", "You are so ADHD at times".

Followed up by "I was only joking".

The person stating such, may not consider that s/he was the jerk that was the final straw.

Or, as Freud probably didn't say, but surely thought: “Before you diagnose yourself with depression or low self-esteem, first make sure you are not, in fact, surrounded by a**holes.” @debiHope

And, to paraphrase Forrest Gump: «A**hole is as a**hole does”.
