Emmanuel Michael Edem (born November 30, 1995), better known as Brizzy, is a Nigerian Multi award-winning record producer, singer-songwriter, musician,  CEO of Nigerian record label Tunez Nationz founded in 2008.

Brizzy's first full credit production work was in 2009 on Pretty girl for Nigerian singer Dowin. He went on to produce 2skid's first studio album titled Intorduction released in 2015.

He has produced tracks for Sirlaw, Wande Coal, D'Prince, Olamide, Ronnie Elores, Uh Uh & Polyanna. He also collaborated with Nobong D'synth on the production of Life story, featuring 2Skid on the album Breath, yet to be released on August 8, 2016.


Early life

Brizzy was born in Calabar and hail from Cross river state. His family moved to Calabar city in Cross River state where he was raised, and graduated from University of Calabar Cross River State.[1] Brizzy Had always had a flair for music singing and playing the drums from the age of six. He developed a passion for the paino at the age of 12.

Various odd jobs followed including working at Browland caffe  and as a caffe attendant. Already imbued with an intimate knowledge of traditional and percussion instruments, Don Jazzy further built on his musical knowledge during his talent stint. Finding fellow kindred sprits in the likes of Dj Minaj, Major banks, Nobong D'synth, Gyc. the Guys would spend unrelenting hours practicing, recording and performing different types of music. he has always been known for being a humble servant to his role model Nobong D'synth.

And known by his fellow producers, his dying love for his mentor ChopStix of Grip misic.


Brizzy’s appetite for a full-time career in music could no longer be satiated when, in 2014, he partnered with 2'skid to set up the Tunez nationz label. Within some months, the prolific producer had wrapped up an albums (Introduction) with his Tunez nationz partner and was working on a Second, Curriculum Vitae. By this time, he had already started becoming a household name with the trademark intro – Brizzy Sounds!


Voice, fashion and social networking

Although not acknowledging himself as a recording artist,he is responsible for doing most Background Vocals for Artists he produces for and sometimes does complete verses. His musical dexterity can be heard through his beats and well calculated vocals he assists to the likes of 2'skid, Polyanna, Uh uh.

The soft-spoken humble producer who is known to grant much interviews, is an avid user of social networking sites with Twitter being his top. With over 200K followers, he is known to give birthday shout-outs to fans, give airtime recharge cards, iPads, and even money via Twitter. Such connection to fans, has earned him a song by some Twitter fan, special for his birthday, sing him praises and wishing him a long-life.

His love for exquisite African Fabrics and Polo's isn't a secret, but he is known to go with his own liking, switching whenever he feels like. At one point in 2013, he was frequently noticed to wear Jean and Polo  on daily-basis, in an interview he said, thats what he feels comfortable on. He is also known to wear sunglasses and love matching his wears to his shoes.
