The first EP of the album "The Aftermath", released to be in late 2021, is a 3 track EP called "I Feel Like", which perfectly grooves into the newly hatched summer, makes festival dancers hearts beat faster, and creates the feeling of freedom in an otherwise so currently regulated seeming world.

The latest remix from Cologne based DJ & producer Jakob Reiter on Turbolenz Records for Oscar Levantine's "Burning Cosmos" was promptly played by John Digweed on his legendary radio show. Further tracks by Jakob Reiter found their way on numero uno of the Beatport summer charts and playlists of DJs like Nick Warren or Eelke Kleijn.

As a foretaste of his mind blowing album, the producer now serves just the right tracks to enjoy ceremonies under the rising, shining sun.
"Osho" whips around the corner with an incredibly cohesive groove that soars over synth flags and strong vocals, only to escalate further in the drop.

The EP's namesake track "I Feel Like" is the perfect warmup number for open air sets, making hips bounce, joyfully looking into the future.

With Puncto the Cologne native delivers an even heavier, exciting 909 kick drum groove, peppered with more technoid themes that you can imagine in one of Sven Vath's DJ sets. Peaktime.

Germany-based label Turbolenz presents its first ever album release with an LP of newly signed artist Jakob Reiter. ‘The Aftermath’ is a versatile and complex record of 11 tracks that vary uniquely in tempo, genre, and style, yet together create a perfect balance. With each track telling a different story, the album is a cosmos of its own that takes the listener on a planet-hopping excursion. The opening song ‘Dreamy’ joins contemporary Hip Hop elements and lo-fi ambient sounds into a powerful, and as the title suggests, dreamy mix which certainly makes for an interesting start. The pace picks up in the second track ‘Opus’, a slow-tempo House piece with a fat and trippy bassline over percussive grooves. Then, without further notice, it gets time to hit the dance floor. Third song titled ‘Curso’ and its wonky, cheerful synth electrifies and pushes us forward. Next is ‘Korg’ shaking the album’s buildup with a breakbeat over a range of experimental elements and thick bass sequences. In ‘Osho’, Reiter elegantly returns to four-to-the-floor, integrating vocal samples, distorted sounds, and swinging drum work. Our minds move deeper into the club, following the punchy Tech-House composition of ‘Puncto’. Right after, and just in time for the season, ‘Pan Pipes’ lets us dream of open-air festivals and speculate about summer tunes. Our tip-toeing continues in ‘I Feel Like’ – a rhythmical and balanced tune, with voice sections spread across. The following is the track that gives the album its title: ‘The Aftermath’ slows the record down for a moment and lets smooth shakers and a confident bassline take over to guarantee nodding heads. It’s time for our excursion to get back on the imaginary dance floor with the track ‘Gestade’ – a strong track with a driving rise. As we’re coming to an end, ‘Roads’ lifts us up one last time. A deep House piece as the perfect closing to make sure we are safely put back on planet Earth. Overall, the album ‘The Aftermath’ is packed with many different stories. Stories about emotions, places, and memories that are inviting us to dance along each of them. "Vincent aka Vøsne found fame thanks to an unexpected Hypnotic Session on Youtube which reached 600k VIEWS in a very short time, will be releasing his hit after 4 years on Turbolenz Records.

His Livejam, which will delight your ears and your soul, was recorded on a Revox in a length of almost 30mins. Many people asked him to re-edit his masterpiece, which took him a bit of time to recompose, and is now split in two new playable Edits. Turbolenz Records is very proud to have the opportunity & joy to release his amazing Track. The TB303 Bassline Melody brought back memories of an old Mathew Jonson Track to no other Delenz, head of Turbolenz Records.

Obviously, we had to ask Matthew and his brother Nathan to delight us with a Midnight Operator remix.
The brothers deliver an mega remix that reminds us of old 00 Times. The electro Beats and the ambient synths makes this remix very special. Delenz could not stop thinking about working with the super sounding stems present in Vince's musical kingdom.

Out of this, came flying a more clubbing version which has a forward pumping kick drive perfect for dancefloors. Vøsne also expressed his wish for a Shayde remix & Shayde was very happy to grant Vosne his wish. Their remix was very unexpected, with a touch of glamour and kitsch and a twisted ending. „

Delenz the person behind Turbolenz, debuted on his own imprint with his fist solo release, the "Synthi and Roma EP" in December 2018. These four sophisticated long-haul tracks caught the attention of the acclaimed Groove Magazin straight away, getting featured as one of their top five releases of the week. As friendship means the world to the highly enthusiastic Delenz, he decided to ask friends and dear colleagues to remix the tracks of his debut. The result: four very respectful interpretations by Of Norway, Kiki, Richard IV and the Turbolenz kick-off project Shayde. Delenz himself comprises one half of Shayde, while the other half is Richard IV, whose first appearance under his solo project name already gives a foretaste of his upcoming debut EP on Turbolenz. The latest release from Offenbach-based label Turbolenz comes from none other than VØSNE. The four-track EP, titled ‘Cobalt’, is yet another piece from the artist blurring the lines between deep house and dub techno through lively, ethereal soundscapes. Among the tracks are remixes by label-owner Philipp Lenz alias Delenz, as well as the legendary Petar Dundov, who both equally complement the EP's fluid character. Petar Dundov, one of Eletronica’s most reputable names, brings his very energy to the table reinterpreting the opener of the EP as the third track.

Dusty percussions, groovy breaks, space-echoes – with the same-titled track ‘Cobalt’, VØSNE sets the ground and welcomes us into a dynamic and vast space where we immediately feel the urge to dream and dance. Distinguished by tight drums beneath entrancing pads is the second track ‘Lithium’. Here, VØSNE keeps it slightly rawer then pushes further with accents from the 808 and 909 families. Melodies punch in and out keeping the pace of the track and us moving forward. A perfect example of how VØSNE juggles between techno and house. Then, it’s Peter Dundov’s turn. Introducing himself with a more layered and melodic hybrid of VØSNE’s first track ‘Cobalt’, Dundov surprises through grand and spacial pads over a mesmerising build-up while his smoothly shuffled drums travel along. The fourth track and closing of the EP is Delenz’ remix of ‘Lithium'. Commencing deep, Delenz inherits the original track's raw nature, but shakes its core through a hypnotic and bold progression as his synths gradually guide us into this deep energetic sphere.

The idea of a collaboration between Turbolenz and VØSNE was born after a live performance at one of Turbolenz' label nights. Label-owner Philipp Lenz and VØSNE befriended over their passion and admiration for dub techno which, without a doubt, cannot be missed in ‘Cobalt’.

Most of us have that special someone in our lives that is not easy to forget. "For Henne" translates as 'for her' in Swedish and is the name of Ebrahimi's debut release on the German label Turbolenz. In the four-track EP, the young producer from Stockholm shares his thoughts with us in the form of electronic music, alongside remixes of Dave DK and label owner Delenz.

Ebrahimi starts this release with a smooth and percussive piece, revealing a soft piano melody that potentially hints at the story behind 'For Henne'.

'We love Music', a deep and rhythmic composition, is another dedication. This time to the power of music and dancing, and how it brings people closer together – on the dance floor and beyond.

In his remix, Dave DK dials up the percussive elements of 'For Henne' and accommodates the original track's melody evenly.

At last, Delenz features his take on 'We Love Music' with an energetic rework, rounding up the overall feel of the EP.

The project is bringing together artists like VØSNE, Richard IV, and Ebrahimi, as well as a few new names. The original EP got off to a good start, and even ranked in the Top 15 of Beatport’s best new Indie Dance charts. Now, the Turbulenz crew has come together to take ‘Metropolis’ to the next level. Split into two parts, this remix EP gives us the best of both worlds to dance and dream.

Part 1 begins with a remix of ‘No romance’ by label owner Delenz. A punchy and multilayered composition that takes away the original track’s playfulness and reorganizes it into deeper and bolder elements. The next track is VØSNE with a stronger interpretation than your average remix. Dark and metallic, we suddenly find ourselves in a realm of machinery dreams in this remake of ‘Metropolis’. Subtle melodic synths and deep pads slowly emerge from the depths, making us one with an imaginary apparatus. Jakob Reiter, a producer from Cologne who has released with labels such Traum, Hive, Zehn, and MBF in the past, joins Turbolenz on this record for their first ever collaboration. His remix of ‘The Burning Cosmos’ is somewhat reminiscent of Marek Hemmann but stands for itself nonetheless. Integrating the original track’s vocals, the excellent repetitive drumwork carries a smooth and steady rise, culminating in a strong finish of Part 1.

Part 2 of the 'Metropolis' remix EP becomes an inevitable invitation to slow down. The start makes Richard IV with a remix of 'Metropolis'. Combining dreamy guitar strumming with smooth loungy pads along a soft drum groove, Richard IV delivers quite a contrary interpretation of 'Metropolis' as heard in Part 1. Then Ebrahimi ups the tempo with a groovy beat and matching bassline for his remix of 'Burning Cosmos' that also includes the original vocals. Seamlessly, we move on to the last track: the 'No Romance' remix by Ahiram. The producer gives us the final push to drift off. Catering with dubby stabs while letting elements of the original song come through.

Turbolenz Records is hailing from Offenbach, a city internationally known as home of the infamous Robert Johnson club, a true gem of the German club scene. The label is run by Philipp Lenz aka Delenz from Shayde who grew up in the nearby Taunus mountains. His musical horizon reaches beyond the usual techno paths the Rhein-Main region is known for since the 80es – for him any electronic music genre is welcome, independent from daytime, location or mood.
With Turbolenz Records, Lenz has build a new musical homebase and family for ambitious but yet unknown producers, all of them invoking individual soundscapes shaped by varied musical backgrounds: Levantine from Mexico City Mexico covers disco, house, indie dance and dark Disco, Ebrahimi from Stockholm organic and melodic House. Parisian Vøsne has already made a Youtube name for himself with dub techno. Jakob Reiter from Cologne alternates betreten melodic techno and peak time open air sound. And of course there is classi- cal-educated Richard IV, one part of Shayde.
Lenz is also keen on pushing and promoting graphic designers, illustrators and artwork artists, by placing their work on the label. Turbolenz also gets huge support through his friends who appear as Remixers on his Label like Swayzak, Petar Dundov, Ruede Hagelstein, Of Norway, Kiki, Dave Dk and Sei A.
