While some guys will tell you now it’s all computers, at Turbo we know in our hearts that everything in life can be understood as a funhouse mirror. Sascha Funke’s massive 2017 hit “MZ” is one of the most iconic house records ever released on our label, and thus deserving of the ultimate honour: a remix pack reflecting each of the manifold facets of a modern dancefloor classic from the most prestigious and respected angles imaginable.

As studious Turbo watchers have no doubt clocked*, we have paid access to the halls of European power, where you get to make backroom deals with Emmanuel Macron and British Seinfeld as Opus’ “Live is Life” blares over a gigantic bluetooth speaker. And, yeah, you’ll probably run into the most celebrated European producers of our time. Pional, Axel Boman, Mano Le Tough, and Roman Flügel — these are the kinds of names you only see once you’ve reached the highest levels of success, be it in dance music production or purchasing the hottest tickets in town on your favorite mobile device. We called each on these titans to anoint “MZ” into the modern pantheon of club anthems, and you can bet your last eurobond that they delivered. But we also wanted some new blood, so we turned to rising Lithuanian superstar DJ JM. JM is now a deep part of the Turbo family, and he’s made the theoretical space between bad-boy cousin and beloved nephew fully his own with what we hope Rolling Stone Magazine will call “a distinctively modern edge."

Delta Modulation, a.k.a. Joseph Casiero, is an Italian DJ with a dynamic career spanning nearly two decades. He began his journey in 2006, quickly establishing himself within the vibrant Italian club scene. His early collaborations with renowned parties such as STUP!DA, KRISKO, BABYLON, DIVINÆ FOLLIE, and IPANEMA solidified his reputation throughout Toscana and Puglia.

In the summer of 2021, he became the resident DJ for ALTER EGO in Rome, one of the most iconic parties in the Italian capital.

After this chapter, Joseph relocated to Dubai, where he expanded his musical influence across a wide range of events—from high-energy nightclubs and private boat parties to refined venues including Bulgari Bar, Opal Room, Mantis, Farrago Lounge, W Hotel, Ginger Moon, Bussola Mare, Address Dubai Creek, and The Lighthouse.

He most recently held residencies at The Lighthouse and W Dubai – Mina Seyahi, and continues to take on new residencies while performing regularly at exclusive clubs and private events throughout Europe and the Middle East.

In 2025, Joseph’s talent received international recognition when he was selected to feature a guest mix on Ibiza Stardust Radio, further elevating his presence within the global electronic music scene.

Turbo Recordings was founded by Tiga in Montreal back in 1998. In addition to launching his own career, the label has been integral in the success of acts like Chromeo, Gesaffelstein, Duke Dumont and most recently, ANNA & Charlotte de Witte. Core talent includes ZZT (Tiga's collaboration with Zombie Nation), Jori Hulkkonen, BETON, Clouds, Harvard Bass, Pilo, Shaded, Dimitri Veimar and a host of new young producers in genres ranging from pure techno, electro, and house to pop. The list of artists who have released music on the label is a veritable 'who's who' of top-level talent spanning a broad musical range, and this, along with a commitment to beautiful design, has earned the label respect in the industry and a cult following among fans. 

“We started out singing into plastic bags and shipping them to stores as quickly as possible. Later, we discovered that vinyl sounds way better when delivered by kayak. I learned so much the first few years…Now, as I look towards the future, I can envision music for poor people, sonic odors for the hearing impaired, even MP3s for women....Vroom, sucka!” says Tiga, the lyrical lampsman lighting the way down Dance Avenue.
