Summer, Berlin 2016: Lucia, trained vocalist, violinist and songwriter, meets multi-instrumentalist and street artist Martie. Fascinated by Martie’s unique approach to creating beats and soundscapes with the help of hardware electronic instruments only, Lucia joins him for numerous improvised live sessions in the streets and parks of Berlin. In the streets their highest goal is to be right in the center of real life, in order to crystallise real moments in real time! The project name, Lucia Fields as „the illuminated fields“ shows their connection to the urban spaces they are performing at (Tempelhofer Flugfeld, Görlitzer Park etc.). Martie’s machines represent the filter through which those natural spaces reflect artificially into their music. Meanwhile Lucia herself illuminates these spaces vocally, by creating tangible lyrical themes. Their musical range sits somewhere in-between trip hop as well as electro pop and techno-ish dance tracks. This gave them the opportunity to play at various different events in and around Berlin. Since summer 2017 the duo started to spend more time in the studio together, in order to create their first album. As a live act Lucia Fields can play concerts, during which they present their finished compositions as well as improvised or partially improvised live sets of 1-4h length! And of course, all of that WITHOUT A LAPTOP!

Ataro is the sonic avatar of Farhad Ataroditehrani, hailing from the Persian lands of Tehran, residing in London England as of 2005.
The project was conceived around 2009, exploring the darker realm of psychedelic trance, comprising a unique blend of heavy basslines, groovy percussive parts, emotional atmospheres, cutting edge sound design, and influences from his native Iran.
His restless musical mind spawned a few side projects; in 2010 Civil Disobedients with Conrad, and shortly after, a dark prog project called Ashtoz with Babak (aka Akōman).
He’s due to unleash this year a new project with Akōman called Angra Minu on DarkWeb Records.
In the last 12 years he played some of the biggest stages around the world including the infamous Psycrowdelica, Modem, Master of Puppets, Hadra festivals.
He released dozens of tracks on many notable labels like Free Radical Records, Damaru, Freak Records, Alice-D, Temple Twisters, Hadra Recs, to name but a few. His album Annihilation was released in 2018 on Freak records.
Ataro is also a founding member of the Intersomnia and Peaking Duck Collective party organisations in London as well as the newly formed label DarkWeb Records.

Fat Mandy aka Jon Ward, brings a multitude of production and DJ skills which deliver a unique style: whether a radio show, warm up set or frantic festival dance floor. Fat Mandy has been a consistent contributor to the south coast dance music scene over the last 2 decades. 

His slick sounds have rocked Glade, Noisily Festival of Music and Arts, Glastonbury Festivals, TRiBE of FRoG, Sicknote - Brightons Techno Night, Shift, Technosis, Codesouth.FM, The Bass Bin, After Dark Radio, The Widgeon Theatre Boat and many more, alongside industry legends such as Bushwacka, Terry Francis, Hardfloor, Luke Vibert, Ben Coda, DJ Billy Daniel Bunter, Chris Liberator, D.A.V.E. The Drummer, Grouch, Hedflux, Evil 9 and Meat Katie. 

Starting in the early 2000s leading the party collectives Circuitree, Gnomelands, Bad by Design, Bass Invaders and Synthplicity; Fat Mandy also known as Mr Faster, has been organising and playing events from Bristol, London, Kent to Manchester, in iconic venues such as SE1, Mass, The Colosseum, Black Swan, Lakota, Jacks Club, Blue Mountain, Concorde2, and Volks.

Spreading good vibes and love with a collective free party sound system and countless crew linkups. Jon has held multiple residencies in every genre of music at Sicknote, Wobbly Records the Druids and Hare and Hounds. Jon was also one of 3 professional hires by the agency WDC, beating 140 other Brighton DJs in live auditions at the Grand, just one of 10 DJ comp victory’s over the years.

Playing a solid, positive and energetic mix of techno, Drum & Bass and party tunes, over 4 decks, Fat Mandy blends layer upon layer to keep the groove flowing, the dance floor jumping and the speakers thumping.  

There is plenty in store with solo releases on Wobbly Records, a forth coming debut EP and the next edition of collaborative techno night: SHIFT. 

Whatever the genre.. Fat Mandy keeps the good tunes coming, the mixes tight and the vibes strictly positive.

Sneaky Voodoo crafts psychedelic dark prog and techno, weaving deep sound design with groovy, rolling basslines. With a new album nearly ready for release on Zenon Records, his evolving sound is set to captivate and energize dancefloors worldwide.
