A very long time ago, humans took nature's example on a large number of things with delicacy and respect, which was very beneficial to them.
Then as man's intelligence developed, he tried to do better than nature by respecting it as much as possible.
By trying to circumvent the laws of nature, she will turn against the one who outrageously hurts her because in everything there is a price to pay and here we are at dawn.

Il y a très longtemps, les humains prenaient avec délicatesse et respect, l'exemple de la nature sur un très grand nombre de choses, ce qui leur était très bénéfique.

  This song began with a request to Josh made by Karin-Maria about contributing an original song as a collaboration for her new jazz album called Jazztastic. After fleshing out a song on the piano, Josh had to get his right-hand man Ken involved to add the drums, because of course he did. After they had worked it out, they sent it back to Karin-Maria, who added the sax solo. She had it professionally mixed and mastered, primarily because the album is now available to stream on all the major platforms. So, please give the whole thing a listen. It has a bunch of collaborators on it, many of whom you will probably recognize. We hope you enjoy this song as much as we enjoyed creating it. A side note, this is Josh's first jazz song that he's ever written

I’m the prime minister here in the the Netherlands I want to try and explain 
why we are currently seizing the lands of our farmers 

Farmers produce lots of nitrogen oxide which in the air tends to remain 
Our scientists say that its one of our atmosphere harmers 

And nitrogen oxide contributes to climate change, one of the principle factors 
And results of the climate change crisis are simply nightmarish 

Leo Di Caprio, Mathew McCaunneghey, all the big Hollywood actors 
Agree that we have to fix climate change or we will perish

And so, you see, I have no choice but to confiscate all of the farmland and assets 
This can’t be left up to a vote by the common tax payer 

We have to eliminate causes of climate change and all its various facets 
We must sacrifice comfort to try and save the ozone layer

But we’ve all seen some scattered reports of these ignorant farmers unwisely rebelling
They’ve shut down our roads with their tractors 
and their fisherman shut down our ports 
They clearly don’t understand science.  Their minds have been clouded by cow farts they’re smelling
Don’t they know we’re in charge of the media, army, police and municipal courts?  


My name is Jerone Van Maennen and I am the leader of the Dutch Farmer’s uprising.  
We’ve seized control of this radio broadcast, to try to insure our story’s told right 
If you picture yourselves in our wooden shoes, is our reaction so surprising?  
If the government came to take your property from you, would you let the bastards have it or fight?
