Welcome to the official SoundCloud. Tuxedo is Grammy nominated renaissance man Mayer Hawthorne (Aquarius) and Grammy nominated producer Jake One (Taurus). They mysteriously showed up on Internet doorsteps nearly four years ago. In between Mayer's solo albums, and Jake's productions for Drake, The Weeknd, J. Cole, etc., Tuxedo released their debut album and quickly became a world of its own. The Tux is back with their unique brand of elegant funk and a new EP available now through Stones Throw Records.

Tanju Bilgen, 1965 Yılında Uşak'ta, Uşak Şeker Fabrikasında dünyaya gelmiştir. 1982 yılında Üsküdar Lisesi'nden mezun olmuştur. 1982 yılında MÜ İktisadi Ticari İlimler Fakültesi Ekonomi bölümünde Lisans eğitimine başlamış, 1986 yılında mezun olmuştur. 1986 yılında İÜ İşletme İktisadı Enstitüsü'nde İhtisas Programına girmiş ve 1987 yılında Yüksek Lisans seviyesinde mezun olmuştur. 1987 yılında evlenmiştir. Hazel, Felya, Lila isimlerinde üç kızları dünyaya gelmiştir.

İş hayatına 1987 yılında Böhler firmasında başlamıştır.
1996 yılında kendi kurucusu ve ortağı olduğu Hobart Kaynak firmasında iş hayatına devam etmiştir. Kaynak sektöründeki çalışmalarını, girişimci ve yönetici olarak farklı sektörlerde devam ettirmektedir. 
2011 yılında gayrimenkul proje geliştirme konusunda çalışmaya başlamıştır.  Ortağı ve Yöneticisi olduğu kuruluşlar ile bir çok gayrimenkul projesi geliştirmiştir. şu anda ;
GiiP Gayrimenkul İnşaat ve İşbirliği Platformu kurucusudur. 
Bilgen Tarım İşletmelerinin kurucusu ve ortağıdır.
