Kate McCabe is a singer-songwriter based in Glasgow. In 2013, at age 15, Kate released her debut EP 'Fault'. Kate's EP 'WOMAN' followed in 2018, while she was studying music at university. Now in 2021, 24 year old Kate McCabe feels she has finally discovered her true sound. And with over 100 unreleased songs, things are about to get interesting!

A vastly experienced live act with over 500 shows under their belts, The Twisted Melons are one of the west of Scotland's best kept secrets, playing live relentlessly in small venues throughout the country while regularly producing and releasing their music 100% independently.

Comprised of the three Johnson brothers, the band have an uncanny sibling musical telepathy that makes every show a one-off. Moving effortlessly between psychedelia, hard rock, pop, funk, fusion and electronica, the band recall the great bands of the past while moving towards the future along their own path.

Their diverse sound has seen them supporting a wide range of acts including Boy Azooga, Be Charlotte, Otherkin, Blaenavon, Fufanu, The Vryll Society, Here We Go Magic, Mull Historical Society, Owl John, Rituals, Declan Welsh and the Decadent West, Pete MacLeod, Focus and Deacon Blue and appearances at festivals including XpoNorth, ButeFest, The Big Sit In, Oxjam, the Edinburgh Fringe and a headline performance at the closing night of the Mull of Kintyre Music Festival in 2017.

The Twisted Melons 4th album "West Of The Rock" was released on 1st April 2016 featuring the singles "Love Is A Drug" and "More Fool Me".

The band will release their 5th album in 2025, featuring the singles “Maybe Its Not The End Of The World”, “77”, “Change Is Gonna Come” and “Start Of The End”

Without Hope is upcoming Metal Project covering most styles from Djent, Grind, Thrash, Doom and many more. The band are in the process of writing their new EP which will be available online later this year.

Gerry Son & The Smokin’ Gun were formed in Stirling, Scotland in July 2019, by producers & multi instrumentalists Gerard McGlade (Gerry Son) & Roddy MacKenzie (Roddy Gun) with the collective passion for making dark, sexy, rock music that crosses genres, ages & races. They are joined live by bassist Aaron Hobkirk and drummer Riki Hobkirk & have received critical acclaim for their albums & live shows
"We want to make music to fill that void created by modern life", Gerry Son, 2019. 

They would describe their music as Alternative Rock or "Food for the Soul". The band are eclectic in their influence ranging from 60s Pop, Rock, Funk & Experimental. Their music is exciting and feel-good, packed with thought provoking lyrics often tounge-in-cheek humour & a message empowering to any listener who feels they don't have a voice. The band have previously cited The Beatles, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Foo Fighters, Kate Bush & Steely Dan amongst their favourite artists. 

Since their debut, Gerry Son & The Smokin’ Gun have become known for their sing-along anthems & wild energetic live performances, playing to audiences of thousands their repertoire of foot stomping, arena chanting songs.

As of Summer 2024 the band are currently recording their fourth album, the follow up to their 3rd Studio album, the highly acclaimed, Scottish Album of the year nominated “Gallus In Wonderland”.
