Each time they die, they start falling (again, metaphorically, it's all in their head), and Papyrus will encourage you to continue. (However, a different person can talk depending on who The Human is fighting.)

I died to Napstablook. This version sure has a big difference than the actual game. The death screen is the exact same, so I didn't take a picture. Also, I've recognized there is "Patient" in this song. It's basically an older version of Another Medium if you didn't know. Pretty cool.

Happy holidays, everyone!! Welcome back to this year's YULE TOAD!!

Yule Toad is a 12 Days of Christmas-based event that features twelve consecutive days of uploads!! This year's Yule Toad features songs suggested (or based on suggestions) by you, the viewers! Other songs during this event are based on suggestions by the lovely artists who have helped make this possible, as well as songs I just genuinely felt like doing myself.

Today's first song was a suggestion by sweetsical [https://bsky.app/profile/sweetsical-real.bsky.social], which was to make a Metal Crusher for Astigmatism!! This one was actually made with the Chara "Alphys" from a few days ago in mind, with the idea being that Chara would befriend an Astigmatism with extremely bad eyesight (as its name would imply that they do by default, though I'd later come to realize this isn't actually a trait they have... but that just makes it funnier). They and the Astigmatism would have occasional friendly sparring matches (because, of course, they've gotta train up for when the human shows up!!), and because of its poor eyesight, the Astigmatism mistakes Frisk for their friend and instead engages in an unintentionally unfriendly sparring match with them.

(Fun fact, I also envision the Bratty and Catty songs to fit within this AU. I'm not yet decided on the Flowey stuff, that might not be the direction I take that in.)
