The Dusktrez Village. Usually known as the main spot in all of Dusktrez, as it connects with all the temples in the location through a trapdoor. In this village you'll find a lot of people, as well as buildings. Most notable being a Library, a Church and a Pawn Shop. This is also where Alphys and Undyne live.

Above The Ground Lies The Dusktrez Village

Undyne: * … You’re not ACTUALLY going to fight me with that chopstick, are you?
Undyne: * Even for a human, you couldn’t possibly beat me with THAT.

Undyne: * What? You don’t have any better weapons?
Undyne: * Well, it wouldn’t be fair if I fought you like this.
Undyne: * Thankfully, I’ve got a solution!

Undyne: * There! NOW you’ve got a real fighting chance.
Undyne: * But don’t get cocky, the weapon alone isn’t going to make you win.
Undyne: * Remember your training… AND GIVE IT YOUR ALL!!
Undyne: * Fuhuhuhuhu!!!!!!

The fight against Undyne utilizes the green SOUL Mode mechanic, but in a different way than you'd think...
Because instead of defending yourself against spear-like attacks, you have to destroy attacks that look breakable with your Katana.

Undyne: * Because if you TRIED to run away, I’d have suplexed you here, anyway!
Undyne: * Make yourself at home and have a look around.
Undyne: * Come talk to me once you’re done.
Undyne: * I’m sure we’ll figure out something to unlock your true potential.

After defeating Undyne, she invites you over to her house to unlock your "true potential". You can either have a look around or go talk directly to Undyne.

Figuring It OUT!

Undyne: * You can’t exactly be at your fullest on an empty stomach.
Undyne: * And from what I’ve seen, you humans eat a WHOLE LOT.
Undyne: * So I’m going to cook something for you. It’s my own recipe.
Undyne: * I call it “Undyne’s Delicious Ramen”.

At first, she tries meditating with you, but that doesn't work. So, she decides to cook you something. However, she feels demotivated. So, you must encourage her, and depending on how her mood is, the food will either turn out good or bad.

Undyne: * THE ONLY THING REMAINING, IS A PROPER CHALLENGE. 
Undyne: * ONE EVEN BIGGER THAN OUR BATTLE. ONE YOU CAN’T POSSIBLY GET OUT OF!
Undyne: * ONE WHERE YOU MUST NOT HOLD BACK IN ANY WAY!!!!!!!
Undyne: * A REMATCH. A FINAL battle.
Undyne: * One with no weapon of mine to give. One where you MUST act on your own.
Undyne: * Being forced into another fight…
Undyne: * IS THE ONLY WAY YOU’LL UNLOCK YOUR TRUE POTENTIAL!!!!!!!!

After both meditating and cooking don't work, Undyne decides that the only way to make you unlock your "true potential" is to force you into a rematch. She changes her outfit into armor and asks you to do whatever you think would beat her.

FIGHTING It Out!!!!!!!

Alphys: * Undyne was training with it. I didn’t think it was much out of the ordinary.
Alphys: *She could have just found it at the garbage dump.
Alphys: * Then… it talked.
Alphys: * At first, I thought it was just a dummy with some sort of speaker inside of it.
Alphys: * But… No. It just… spoke on its own.
Alphys: * It told Undyne some things… That I… c-couldn’t actually hear very well…
Alphys: * But whatever it told her… Whatever it WANTED her to do…

Alphys: * Did not feel as if it had any good intent.

After the hangout with Undyne, Alphys asks if she can take you to the Pawn Shop. She needs to tell you about something important. Catty and Bratty are also there to discuss about it. This "important" thing in question involves Mad Dummy.

Twilight Shining Through

Chara: * If you don’t want to be hit by a thorn aimed at your face…
Chara: * I would recommend stopping as much as possible.
Chara: * It would make it easier for me to reach you, as well.

PAPYRU finds themself stopped by Chara while moving forward and must instead climb up a climbable wall to not be caught by them. They summon flowers on the walls that shoot out thorns, which the protagonist has to avoid.
