Victor Ortiz aka The Note V, part of TRECEVEINTE and CO founder and A&R of the label `EL Santuario Music´, and his alter `ATEMPORAL´ focuses his 15 years of musical experience and sound exploration by bringing together folkloric elements focused on Organic House, progressive, Deep tech, downtempo and fusion of electronic and acoustic sounds in order to share the message through music,
His first appearance was under the German label KDB Records and over time, his music was distributed in different labels having the opportunity to share his music in VA, EP's and remixes with artists like:

Expressive situations and emotional environments through Dark melodies and deep atmospheres is the intention that describes the music of this project, merging genres and trends seeking to find a new proposal, and give a message through their music.

Till this days, he continue taking strength performing his Live Act in different parts of Mexico and in 2017 was his first tour in Europe playing in different places like Lisbon, Berlin, Amsterdam, Belgium, London, Ibiza, Kiev,  and in 2017, 2018 & 2019 He was played in one of the most important festival in the electronic music scene in the world, the Amsterdam Dance Event ( ADE ) giving the next step to his career.

Throughout his career he has shared the stage with artist like Robert Babicz, Nick Muir, John Digweed,  Guy Mantzur,  Monkey safari , Rafael Cerato, Kintar, Armonica, Be Svendsen, Jos & Eli , Yokoo, Sis ,Ten Walls & more
