Stephon Fuller was born June 27,1982 in Wilmington Delaware. Dealer aka Meil tha Deal aka Meil started rapping  while he was incarcerated in a juvenile facility for boys at the age of 15. Feeling shut off from the world he started to write poems. Once Dealer  felt he mastered poetry he begun to write raps. Dealer has been spitting for 16yrs and in that time has put out six collabrative albums. He doesn't embrace any self proclaimed titles but hopes  one day his name will be added to the book of great MC's that have ruled the game.
