Was it just me or OMAAR's 'Progressive Tribes' was one of the standout tracks of the previous decade? Fusing the raw intensity of hard drum with Mexican producer's percussive finesse, it certainly hit all the right notes to be a DJs' favourite club tool. Years went by and OMAAR kept on delivering the rumbling goodies, regularly enriching the catalogue of NAAFI with his trademark sound.  Now, he turns to Infinite Machine for his latest release which sees the usual relentless drum workouts mix with elements of jungle, uk funky and hard drum.

medio maldito:
A mix of my collection that wasn't updated for about an entire year. INCLUDING my live thoughts of wat i was thinking in real time during the recording of the mix. 

In the GRAND SPIRIT of R@squ@chismo I recycled and only practiced with tracks I already owned and the result is medio maldito.

Oh buddy you better believe you are going to hear a lot of lo mismo. Trust me this is not la última vez you'll hear me play these canciónes.

Coincidentally this is the mix I used for my el grito performance submission and I was selected as a winner. So Its a good one.

HEDO HYDR8 lanza cinco poderosos tools, con toques industriales en su nuevo EP "WERKSHOP" vía Terminal

Estas no son las típicas canciones de club; son potentes herramientas: grabadas con precisión, probadas a presión y diseñadas para arrasar en la pista de baile. Cada pieza fusiona inspiraciones que van desde el techno británico, breaks, baile y techno, grinds, pumps y drills con una fuerza mecánica, fusionando percusión nítida, sintetizadores distorsionados y sudor de almacén.

Desde el primer lanzamiento, WERKSHOP se lanza a toda marcha, fusionando el espíritu áspero de la cultura rave underground con la fuerza bruta del power house.
En WERKSHOP, HEDO HYDR8 se hizo con equipos de sonido de laboratorio de los 70. Utiliza herramientas vintage y analógicas como filtros, osciladores y amplificadores para evocar cinco instancias de energía contemporánea y feroz para la pista de baile.
