Debiutancki album kwartetu to płyta przesycona nastrojową melodyką, przestrzenią oraz nowoczesnym podejściem do improwizacji.
Celem muzyków jest tworzenie muzyki szczerej, emocjonalnej, a zarazem nieoczywistej i trzymającej w napięciu. Wyraźnie zainspirowani europejskim brzmieniem, tak sławnym przez swoistą lirykę i szlachetność narracji, pragną dzielić się muzyką osobliwą, niebanalną, tajemniczą, podszytą niepokojem.

W skład zespołu wchodzą: Marek Malinowski – gitara, Michał Michota (Dubska) – trąbka, Paweł Urowski (Dziki Jazz, Akineton, Ectasy Project, CNQ) – kontrabas, Albert Karch (Jachna/Tarwid/Karch) – perkusja.

Alone to dla 28 letniego Marka Malinowskiego debiut w charakterze lidera. Do współpracy zaprosił trzech znakomitych muzyków - osobowości zgoła odmienne, instrumentalistów z różnych muzycznych światów, co ożywia kompozycje gitarzysty i nadaje im specyficznego wyrazu.

Materiał został zarejestrowany podczas dwudniowej sesji we wsi Suchary 11-12/10 2014 roku, pod czułym „uchem” Jarka Hejmanna z Madzonga Studio.
