You Are Not A Normal Human Being

Your habits, thoughts and actions make you what you are. The thoughts and emotions ingrained in your mind as results of conditioning go on to become your habits and eventually turn into reflex actions. All of your reactions to events, ideas and feelings spring from one's habits and influence your mentality. These habits can only be changed if one has a strong desire to change them and put in the genuine effort. The key is to set realistic goals, believe in those goals and work persistently to attain them. You must first define your goals, so that eventually your goals define you. Your greatest strength and tool for achieving your goals are your habits and your greatest weaknesses are also your habits. When the mind is determined to complete the process of breaking free or taking up a habit, it becomes an inner mantra. This gives you the strength to complete your metamorphosis from what you were because of external circumstances, to what you want to be. 

Once you cleanse yourself of habits you find undesirable, beauty in everything emerges naturally. Your perspective changes, your reactions no longer remain automatic and instead become a response full of mindfulness. Mindfulness will give you the ability to consciously accept or discard what others have to offer to you.
