We are proud and happy to present the first release by our Cologne buddy ZIGGY KINDER. Since many years Ziggy is a close friend and has impressed with his work on labels like WARE and TIEFSCHWARZ’ imprint SOUVENIR. "FAVELA" is the generally used term for a shanty town in Brasil. Ziggy has recorded the vocals originally with Aline de Magalhaes during his Brasil-trip. This house-tune has been tested succesfully on the dancefloor and comes with great remixes by Soukie & Windish from Hamburg. The digital release also includes a remix by Deep Data mastermind René Breitbarth from Berlin.

As we continue with a string of exciting releases entering the summer season, we can now happily announce that La Fleur is up next with a beautiful two track EP which includes a remix by Acid Mondays. With previous releases on Berlin's Watergate label, La Fleur’s music and energy was a perfect fit for us here at LNOE and we can’t wait to share it with you all.

"I'm super-excited to be joining Sasha on his label Last Night On Earth. He's always had great taste in melodies and musicality so I am really happy that the music on my debut LNOE EP caught his ear. 'Reflection' has been a secret weapon for me for a while but now I'm pleased that other people can play it too - as well as 'Orbit' - whether that's on earth or in some other part of the universe!'

Reflections

The four track banger „Perfect Couch“ EP is nothing less than you would expect from one of the labelowners, Beth Lydi. With her on the release she has Adrian Hour and Eddie M, who each brings a remix in their own style. “Jump The Couch” is recognized by its strong bassline, sharp leads and small vocal parts that if you play it in the right place at the right time, turns into the track of the night. “Perfectly Imperfect” is a bass-heavy trip through thunderous drums and razor-sharp percussion, tempered by an beautifully restrained vocal and a sick synth. Adrian Hour’s remix of “Jump The Couch” brings powerful drums., and is the perfect track to bring the atmosphere in the night to the next level, a perfect wrecking ball. Eddie M brings out the groovy side of “Perfectly Imperfect”. This remix is a massive Dj-tool with its rolling bassline, and soundwise it perfectly rounds up the EP.

Beth Lydi - Jump The Couch (Adrian Hour Remix) // SNOE

Marcus Meinhardt has the bow strings pulled tight and is aiming for the techno heart of the dance floor with his latest release for Upon You on A1. The arrow subtly touches the souls of the crowd, making Eros faint with jealousy in front of the DJ booth. The B side’s “Restart” a track form deep within the techno-boiler goes in the same hypnotic direction, to a place where the night’s haze rises above the heads into the sky and is carried by exalted hands.
