Life Is Simple Let's Make It Easy

Hello! I wrote this song last year after the East Cluster Discovery Camp "Exhale" and the St. Matthew's Gr. 7 retreat "My Seven From Heaven." 

I was really inspired from all of the blessed experiences from being a member of CFC-Youth (a year and a half at the time) as well as the many opportunities of service from my home parish. Throughtout those past years, I truly felt that God was calling me to be a fellow servant, but due to my insecurities of myself, I've held back numerous times. Things like my age, baggage, and struggles prevented me from ultimately glorifying His name. But Praise God for spiritual growth, caring brothers and sisters, and one-on-one time with the One who created me! Overtime I've stumbled upon bible verses that have spoken out to me (1 Timothy 4:12 for example) and an epiphany that everyone who is made by God is destined for Greatness because we are all given an opportunity to serve Him. "For if God only used perfect people, nothing would ever get done". 

This songs mean a lot to me because it was the first thing I've ever written by myself. But I was inspired by a lot of people, which indeed assisted with writing this prayer. A friend of mine once shared with me one of his short prayers which simply enough was "My Jesus."
