From the moment the opening track pulses to life, listeners are transported to an otherworldly realm where reality bends and warps like shifting dunes in a desert or fog rolling over a forgotten industrial landscape. Each song is an exploration of fleeting moments and distorted perceptions. The intricate layers of glitch and ambient noise challenge the listener to confront the noise of modern life, while melodic and drone fragments offer the listener glimpses of clarity.

Mirage is both a commentary and a reflection—a place to get lost in the chaos of existence and find something beautiful in the confusion. With Tel Quel’s signature blend of ethereal sounds and unrelenting rhythms, the album is both hypnotic and evocative.
