Her motivation for world domination is to advantageously resurface the past; the glory of old days, where people lived simpler and better lives. She wanted to prevent all the unnecessary and questionable changes, especially those that have been effectively destroying everyone's life. As stated before, Punch-Out and Quizes mostly swap. In this scenario, Codeline is asking for a worthy opponent in a game of boxing and when Noelle comes in, she finally has someone to play with, what a perfect opportunity to be able to have some truce (and also turn Noelle into her royal peon lmao)
