We are proud to bring you our latest Berlin Mixtape Episode and what a way to celebrate our 10th release with one of the electronic music scenes most talented and up and coming artists, Ubbah. From Buenos Aires and still in his twenties, Ubbah has been releasing incredible EPs across the board with big support from Hernan Cattaneo, Trockensaft, Steve Lawler, Nick Devon, Solee and many more. Ubbah has released on Berlin label KDB Records as well as other German labels such as Parquet Recordings, tracks both of which we have featured in our Top 10 charts and aired at our club nights and radio shows. Other releases include on ICONYC, Sound Avenue and Dubwise.

He was born in June, 1994, and by the age of ten he had already developed a passion for several different musical styles as well as completely mastered  playing the piano.

It wasn't until 2008, however, that he discovered his true calling: electronic music. Deep, techno, dark and hypnotic sounds have left an imprint on him that has served as inspiration for his very own productions. His first single, 'San Francisco Murderer', released in 2014, first brought him widestream appeal. 

And it was his 2016 single 'Apogee', released by Parquet Recordings, that allowed him to break into Beatport's Top 100 and gained him the support of popular DJ's all over the globe like Solomun, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Lane 8, Eelke Kleijn, Solee, Undercatt, Animal Picnic, Soul Button, Darin  Epsilon, Innellea, Cid Inc,  David Granha and many others.

In the past years he had amazing releases on important labels like KDB Records, Sound Avenue, Timeless Moment, ICONYC, Kitchen Recordings, Asymmetric and Eleatics Records.

Among the very few artists to ever surface from the Buenos Aires underground music scene, Lucas Uberto aka Ubbah has slowly but steadily made a name for himself in the electronic music genre.

Hailing from a small town 30 km up north of his country's capital city, Ubbah's success is deeply rooted in his perseverance and love for the craft.
