I see the sleepy sway of the grasses
Pass the pond's surface water  toward 
The reflection of the gray surface of the sky

Then ocre lillies penetrate my mood
And when I look down from my window 
There is a sleeping tree of pussy willow 
Pussy, caresser, pussy , caresser ,pussy caresser pussy willow 
I run downstairs , barefoot and I pick a
slender sliding staff of the willow and place
in vase not far from the fireplace ,a trick
to kindle desire (to bloom)
like my desire for you
not far from the fireplace

And I delicately caress their soft paws, as you would have caressed
me, if were here my love
