Welcome to the Breathworks introductory free guided meditation playlist.  This list consists of four meditations led by Vidyamala Burch to get you started with a mindfulness and meditation practice. Even if you have been practicing for some time these are still core practices useful in everyday life.

The Breathing Space Meditation

How much of the disruption or the physical, psychological, monetary difficulties that you are experiencing, I wonder if any of it is due to avoidance or resistance of sight? 

Is it okay to continue to resist? Are you seeing the impact that this choice is having on you?

Can you avoid getting more conscious? Why not go for it?

What is it that you are refusing that you could be choosing that if you chose it could and would create something great, that has never existed but wants to exist?

That could be the universe we live in. What does it take to get there? People like you.

Are You Avoiding Or Resisting Sight?

You have been trained to resent the limitations in yourself and in others, it is time to let that resentment go. Understand it as completing your wisdom, if you will. And so if you can love Self for bringing all of these things to your awareness, then they can actually dissolve into wisdom much more easily than if you are constantly trying to push them away or constantly trying to blame others.  

Focus: The Blessed Mother Mary is here to support you in loving Self, as you are. And the Violet Flames of Saint Germain wish to remove all that is no longer necessary. 

Key Teaching: To love yourself is the greatest way you can assist others. Understand that the greatest way that you can benefit humankind is by loving yourself. When you love yourself, your whole energy changes and you are naturally more loving to those around you. But on a higher level, when you love yourself, you are changing the frequency of humanity, you are changing the frequency of that energetic field that connects you all. That is part of your Quantum Self, this energy field. And so by loving yourself, you are literally changing the frequency on your Earth through the Morphic Field of humanity.
