Montreal native, Derek 'MYKE' Clyke, began dabbling in music production late in the decade (2000's) and found his niche in Electronic music after dabbling in Hip-Hop and other styles. In 2010, Under the alias 'Phat SwaZy' he began making simple mash-ups and small productions. The result was early 2011, in collaboration with Blumenkraft, he released his first EP 'Lost in Tranzlation' featuring the vocals of Irelands 'Kloe' [ http://bit.ly/zUkEI6 ]. 2012 saw his second release 'Starfox' on Lollipop Music [ http://bit.ly/A9SYV1 ]

NaiLiK is the psytrance project of Kilian Johnson, a Montreal-based audio engineer with a profound passion for all things audio. NaiLiK began producing and swiftly transitioned from playing others' music DJing to igniting dance floors with his tracks. His sound is a dynamic fusion of driving elements, intricately woven arpeggios, and immersive atmospheres, crafting a vivid landscape of psychedelia with a trance touch.

Joining Grasshopper Records at the age of 18, NaiLiK has since released music on major psytrance labels such as Grasshopper, 24/7 Records, Iono, Tech Safari, Digital Om, and Blacklite, among many others. After a decade of being a Grasshopper Records artist, NaiLiK started Middle Motion Records in 2024 with his good friend and fellow Montrealer - DJ Horizon. The goal is to push the middle groove sound, further solidifying their dedication to pushing the boundaries of their beloved subgenre.

Continuously crafting new tracks and collaborations, NaiLiK's music has graced stages worldwide, from Goa's beaches, Japan's mountains to South Africa's outback or even European festivals and cities across Mexico. Wherever he performs, audiences can expect a high-energy delivery from this seasoned Canadian psy scene veteran.

Who is the Fresh Prince of House? CraZy SwaZy of course. What began with a simple House podcast in 2008 has turned into a EDM obsession for Montreal native, Derek  'Phat SwaZy' Clyke.
