This fourth album from Asura will stand as the coming out of Charles Farewell as an incredible composer of overlapping ambient genres, from ecstatic to chilled, groovy to uplifting, he offers the audience a wide open musical journey with finely chiselled orchestrations and a strong sense of space and timelessness. Mostly instrumental, the album offers a sublime vocal introduction courtesy of Ayten and discreet voice-overs from the artist.

Dubnotic is Marijan Zafirovski from Macedonia. “I made my first contact with psychedelic sound in the late 90s at some small club parties in Macedonia. At some point I discovered that there is small chilling areas that gives you cozy atmosphere and slow deep beats. I start exploring and after listening for a long time I decide to create something on my own so 2012 dubnotoc project was born. It is combination of dub etnic bass music with influences from oriental arabic hindu and shamanic culture.”

Making a welcome debut to the Perfecto Black ranks is the ever  impressive Yuriy From Russia, with his stunning track "Black Lagoon."

Progressive house in it’s most natural form, "Black Lagoon" has to be one of Yuriy’s best tracks to date, and one that was immediately snapped up to Black. 

The  track  begins  with  a  wonderful,  rumbling,  driving  bass  line,  the  percussion  adding yet   more   pace   to   the   track,   before   wonderful   harmonies   create   an   incredible atmosphere  for  what  lies  ahead.  Intricate,  beautiful  arps  bring  the  song  to  life,  with delicate  bass  line  changes  putting  the  icing  on  the  cake.  A  gorgeous  progressive  track, and one the Perfecto Black fans will love.

Derived from the Latin “Ultimae Terrae,” meaning “the furthest places,” the name Ultimae reflects a profound theme of exploration. This concept is at the heart of Ultimae Records, an ambient music record label and publisher dedicated to transporting listeners to the outer edges of experience through sound and offering a space for introspection and discovery within the vastness of the mind and beyond.

In 1999, Vincent Villuis and Sandrine Gryson, also known as AES Dana and Mahiane, united over a shared passion for the immersive world of electronic music. This collaboration led to the birth of the label. Initially envisioned as a musical portal, Ultimae’s mission was to explore and disseminate the diverse expressions of Ambient music far and wide through the production of records and the establishment of an online shop.

Over the years, Ultimae has expanded beyond its original scope, evolving into a multifaceted company with sound design, post-production, and mastering studios based in Lyon, France, along with professional services in publishing, music licensing, and synchronization.
