First song on the debut release from Blue Movie was arranged by Tony Paris while he was playing in IDESPISE before forming Blue Movie. The song originally titled "America" was written by Tony for a soundtrack. When it was decided that the song was "too epic" sounding by the members of IDESPISE it was put on the side until Lisa Foerderer heard it on a demo Tony was playing in the car. Re-arranged with lyrics by Lisa & Daniela and performed by PJ Griffith, the track was renamed and recorded for Blue Movie which quickly found it self as the signature song for the 8MM Lovesongs release.

Track #3 off the 8MM Lovesongs EP is a remake from the band Saga. Tony Paris brought the idea to the band as one of 2 options from Saga, "On the Loose" and "Wind him up". The girls chose "On the Loose" because the bass line was so identifiable. When PJ joined the band during the 8MM recording sessions, he had his doubts about redoing this song. But as he took a good listen to the re-arranged version that Tony brought to him a week prior to going into the studio, PJ had a change of heart and went in to the 8MM Lovesongs recording sessions dropping the vocals to this song first. Ironically the band still opens most of their shows with "On The Loose"!
