＜商品紹介＞
古事記上巻に記される出雲神話「ヤマタノオロチ退治神話」より、物語のヒロイン、クシナダ姫にスポットを当て曲を描いています。
　ヤマタノオロチ神話とは、海の神スサノオが、クシナダ姫を守るため、八つの頭に八本の尾を持つ大蛇ヤマタノオロチを退治するお話です。
　この神話は、スサノオが暴力をふるったことで高天原から追い出され、下界に降り立ったことにより始まります。その場所が出雲国の肥の河の鳥髪、現在の出雲市を流れる斐伊川の上流でした。川をしばらく歩いていると、老夫婦とその娘クシナダが泣いているのを見つけ、スサノオは声をかけます。訳を聞くと、年に一度村にやってくるヤマタノオロチに、娘七人が既に生贄にされ、最後に残ったクシナダも今から喰われてしまうと言うのです。逆らうことのできない運命に涙を流すクシナダを気の毒に思ったスサノオは、クシナダを妻にもらうことを条件に、ヤマタノオロチの退治を引き受けます。
　スサノオはクシナダの姿を隠すため彼女を櫛に変えて自分の髪に挿し、老夫婦には、強い酒を造ること、八つの門を作ること、その門の内側に大きなおけを置き、その酒を注いで入れておくようにと申し付けヤマタノオロチを待ち受けます。その作戦は見事功を奏し、八つの頭を八つのおけに差し入れて飲み干したオロチはすっかり酔っぱらいスサノオに切り刻まれてしまいました。見事ヤマタノオロチ退治に成功しクシナダを妻としたスサノオは、「八雲立つ　出雲八重垣　妻籠みに　八重垣つくる　その八重垣を」と喜びの詠を読んだと言われています。

Since The 8-Bit Guy sort of challenged me to come up with something on the B. Meowsic keyboard he reviewed here (https://tinyurl.com/y94cuwks), I had to respond (as I don't know when I'll be able to make another visit to the US this year). So here it is, The B. Meowsic Keyboard Song.

The keyboard itself is practically impossible to play on (without spending ages on getting every take right) so I took the liberty to sample the sounds from the keyboard and allow some light processing (layering sounds, lowpass filter to create some  bass sounds, compression and effects (delay, chorus and reverb)). The drum loops were slowed down as much as possible, then I sampled what I could of the separate drums being played. Unfortunately there were no separate crash cymbals, and the entire keyboard operates close to 22.05 KHz so the entire sound palette is a little muffled, but hopefully it sounds nice nonetheless. :)
