Thousand Fingers has announced the release of a new single, to be shared through his own label, Follow The Fingers. Due out in February, “Ba Ba Virtue” fea-tures a stunning remix from Mexican-born, London-based artist Betoko.

Building on an immersive and melodic deep house sound while moving in exciting new directions, “Ba Ba Virtue” matches up glowing synths with a weighty 4/4 beat and a poignant slide guitar line. With a bittersweet feeling and an emotional tone, it conjures up a contemplative mood that’s highly suited to it’s subject matter: the pro-ducer has remarked that the track was inspired by “the beautiful people who dedi-cate their lives to being good people, helping others and always doing the right thing.”

The single accompanied by an energetic remix from Betoko, who reframes the original elements of the track in a subtle but powerful way, bringing a new energy and dynamism to “Ba Ba Virtue”. Amping up the voltage with a more club-focused sound, Betoko retains the emotional spirit and melodic feel of Thousand Fingers’ original while moving towards a more conventional deep house sound that pulses with pure energy
