UN1T is a strength and conditioning studio offering a trio of cardio, strength, and mobility focused classes, all incorporating the concept of working as a UN1T to complete the class. UN1T participants encourage, motivate and push their fellow members to get out of their comfort zone and complete their workout as one.
We like to treat everyone as an athlete. Everyone will be pushed to achieve their best.

Keira Moore, an aspiring singer-song writer. She started writing poetry when she was 8 years old and then elevated to writing her own songs at the age of 11.

Keira Moore writes with fathomless passion and has always had a love for powerful vocals and triumphant bands with emotional substance. Artists like Whitney Houston and Celine Dion have been the source of her inspiration, and as a result, she has adopted some of their singing methods and techniques to create her own distinctive style.

Her sound is a unique blend of soul , pop and rock – a mix of Pink and Erykah Badu . With every song that she writes, she strives to envelop her listeners with pure passion through deep lyrical content and memorable melodies. Through these immerse experiences, she plans on using her music to channel strength, courage and love throughout the world.
