Welcoming inductee The Nilk for their first release on the label, Unbeyond Anthologies are thrilled to present the talented producer’s latest single, the 9-minute odyssey that is “why is it now, that i’m falling apart?”.

Dark atmospheres and tense spoken word paint an apocalyptic scene, and the distorted tearout drops come in strong to leave a devastating mark on the listener. The entire track is an oppressive, gnarled expression of horror expressed through bass music in a way only few can manage, and positions The Nilk as a force to watch over the coming months.

“Originally, the vast majority of this track was produced for my high school’s theatre production, a horror-esque interpretation of Macbeth, which somewhat has inspired the creation of my new sonic world, and the story that has come with it.” said The Nilk about their new single. “The ambient sections were designed to instil fear and tension, which for what is coming, encompasses everything I need it to.”
