пишу мелодии
играю музыку, что постоянно звучит внутри моей головы

стихи мне сочинять обычно лень, 
поэтому нередко пою что попало
или просто играю

(практически никогда не записываю свои мелодии, но некоторые из них прочно застревают в голове - и тогда приходится придавать им законченную форму и принудительно выгружать наружу 
(обычно же достаточно просто сыграть мелодию чтобы она растворилась, уступив место следующей)
