There are songs for when you gotta make love right now. There are tracks for when you’ve got company…courtesy of Boys in Blue Incorporated. But if you read your local newspaper, you know that really what the world needs nowadays is music to heal our divided dance floor, music that reminds us that we’re all just spinning on this great big planet called Life.

To this end, Turbo is looking to Bogota-based techno thought leader Confidential Recipe to usher in a new era of understanding, dignity, and impassioned thrusting for party people around the globe. This four-track EP harnesses all the intensity and hi-NRG of a husband’s father stepping into the club for the very first time, distilling techno, house, jacking, house-jacking, and electro to their most ecstatic vibrational essence.

We should note that this release is digital-only. If you have an issue with that, we suggest taking a moment to reflect on how fortunate you are to be alive and partake of the Lord’s Bounty. Silent films. Hospital gown design. It’s just all so incredible. All of it.

French live Techno outfit Möd3rn returns to Rekids’ Rekids Special Projects with part two of their ‘Far South’ EP 23rd May 2025, following part one in March. Across its four tracks, this second instalment once again sees Electric Rescue, Kmyle, and Moteka join forces for an EP featuring no-holds-barred rhythm infused with raw intergalactic sound, while also having a playful and introspective edge. Möd3rn’s part two of their ‘Far South’ project is another versatile set of tracks for those who favour the tripped-out fringes of Techno.

Founded in 2013 by Maxime Dangles, Traumer, and Skryptöm label boss Electric Rescue, Möd3rn has grown into a notable live hardware act with a long list of releases on their eponymous Möd3rn Records label. Though Maxime Dangles and Traumer have now moved on from the project, Mord and COD3 QR artist Kmyle, as well as Skryptöm regular Moteka, have all joined Electric Rescue since.

Marcelo Demarco returns to SCI+TEC, following last year’s standout “Southbound.” Crafted between his studios in Ibiza and Punta del Este, the single "Lakshmi" channels the pulse of two contrasting worlds—Ibiza’s club-driven intensity and Punta’s serene coastline. With over three decades in the scene, the Uruguayan producer continues to shape timeless techno infused with deep cultural and atmospheric nuance.

Serial Disc Touchers [SDT Recordings] returns with its third instalment — a solo release from label founder Grace Dahl.

“I Want To Dance” channels an infectious house groove with subtle tension that builds toward the break, topped by a simple yet commanding vocal — delivered by Grace herself.

A personal favourite and longtime closing track in her sets, the track now officially joins the SDT catalog as a celebration of the joy and freedom that define the label’s ethos.
