Radioprimco.com is an alternative radio station to the ‘burger’ stations, although it just so happens we provide exceptional burgers too. We have a passion for music and we’re quite partisan about the fact that we’re the genuine article for discerning listeners. Chuck in some comedy shows, docu’s, news and banter and you have a good mix; We like to mix the music up with iconic oldies and new alternative, indie, rock, trip/hip-hop, banter, punk, ska, reggae, documentaries, metal, funk, soul, comedy, skank, pyschadelic, news, house, jazz…

Elastikbande are a brand new Manchester based three piece (post punk / grunge / garage rock) outfit featuring ex members of The Fall / Polythene, (Una Baines’) Poppycock and Rose & The Diamond Hand. 

Featuring Kate on drums, Luisa on guitar / backing vocals and Mark on bass / vocals. The band’s sound is dynamic, melodic, catchy and often witty. Previously band member’s other work has featured on The John Peel Show, BBC Radio 1, 6 Music and BBC 3’s Late Junction, plus covered in blogs such as The Quietus and Louder Than War. 

This debut EP was recorded entirely live in the studio in Salford in August 2019 to capture the energy of the group's stage show. Musically Elastikbande have been compared to a blend of The Fall, Pavement, The Pixies and more. These early songs are about everything from household appliances to stage diving etiquette. 

The band are performing at The Castle on Monday 30th September ,Gullivers on Friday 25th October and FUEL on 6th December in Manchester to support the launch of the EP. The EP was recorded by Paul Morrice and mixed by Paul Millsopp.
