I realize that I talk to much, and I don’t like that. I don’t like that sometimes I wish I could just run away from myself. I’m working on that.  Being a better listener never hurt no one. 
To Those of you trying to work on yourself , for better, try to Take time to work on being a better listener.  Ti be able to listen to someone else vent or speak about anything is a moment that can help you realize things you never would have realized if you were too busy talking, or a moment that could save someone else  by listening to them . Trying to understand others  or at least empathizing with them can change the way you perceive  them and your own life. 
It can also save your life and or theirs. 
So remember to try and 

-Love without condition 
-give without expectation 
-speak without bad intention
