So i started this track off with a beat as i do with all my tracks which ended up with a great bouncey rhythm. Added a bass line and some synths which produced this Daft Punk like sound so i had a bunch of Daft Punk acapellas on my hard drive added those into the mix as well as other bits and came up with this mid tempo tune called "Daft Funk".

Originally tracked during the legendary 1975 Atlantic Records demo sessions, the tape was quietly shelved after label execs shrugged and muttered, “nobody’s ready for this groove.” History proved them wrong.

Now, decades later, professionally remastered from the original reels, this rough-and-funky take reveals Noknees at his most experimental — loose basslines, swirling strings, handclaps that slap like chrome, and a vocal so smooth it could ice a cocktail.
