Before Chris ever picked up the mic, he contributed to Hip-Hop culture through his beatboxing skills, starting at just five years old. His talent led him to participate in countless cyphers, where he sharpened his craft. Immersed in the scene from an early age, Chris developed his skills in songwriting, freestyling, and battling. He is currently working on his debut album, which will be released soon.

An unassuming family man, whose true passion is hip hop and lyricism. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Pharoahe Monch, Blackstar and The Roots. MCRE, an emcee's emcee, aims to redefine what a hip hop artist should be and break down barriers while proving that his lyrics aren't to be taken for granted. A sound that draws and keeps the interest of fans of all genres.

His Lyrical ability & Creative Beat making has given him room to run, though not seeking a record deal, U-NiK owns his own studio and plans on continuing to make music n progress while having 0 limitations!
