His inspiration to the overall scene carries much weight, being a relentless producer and worldwide travelling DJ and live act with a high output of quality music. Reaching into far corners of experimentation, he consistently progresses his journey into outstanding sound design and interesting takes. Running the magnificent Modularz and Olympian record labels, he also lists contributions to Svreca’s Semantica, Kessell’s Granulart, Hans Bouffmyhre’s Sleaze and Christian Wünsch’s Tsunami Records, amongst others. Philippa Pacho is one half of the Stockholm/Berlin-based DJ-duo Sthlm Murder Girls. She is born and raised in Stockholm, although she resides in Berlin since 2013. She found the love for electronic in her early adolescence, and it quickly became her passion. Pacho is a true minimalist in her approach one could say, finding the beauty in every single fragment that a track breaks apart into, something she takes to heart when digging for new tracks. To Philippa, a solid, round, and well-implemented kick-drum is imposing enough, often together with feathery hi-hats with spontaneous illusive sounds and quirky small details. But it’s always has to be done according to a simplistic modus operandi.

The 55th edition of the MindTrip Podcast, comes from the west coast of USA and it's courtesy of Drumcell. Real name Moe Espinosa, he has was born in San Gabriel Valley, a culturally diverse neighborhood that still breeds inspiration for his work. San Gabriel Valley is also where he and the Raíz brothers, Vangelis and Vidal, met and founded Droid Behavior in the early 2000s which lead to the infamous Interface warehouse series and launch of the techno label Droid Recordings. He has a long history as a dj and producer of original and remixed tracks on his own label Droid as well as on CLR, Electric Deluxe, Dystopian, Torque, Detroit Underground, and much more.

In 2016, Drumcell debuted his ambient project HYPOXIA on his experimental label BL_K NOISE. Inspired by science fiction soundtracks and the sounds of artists like John Carpenter, Wendy Carlos, Goblin and Vangelis. Hypoxia was created to step away from the dance floor and into a broader space of contemplative drama. Drumcell explores and discovers the analogue world as much as the digital world of music production, to finally combine them into his very own raw, suspenseful and hypnotic style just like he perfectly expressed it on his debut mix for the MindTrip podcast here.
