Anthony Officer returns for Practikal Recordings yet again and this time it's with his first double EP. Broken Bicycle EP consists of title track 'Broken Bicycle' and 'Libra'. Broken Bicycle is another nice release from the young Irish dance producer. Solid and punchy kicks, crazy pandemonium in a track, but all culminating to make something that works. The bassline is addictive, and the sub bass addition in the first break is immense and the eeriness is overwhelming. A perfect breakdown for the track, with an impressive vocal sample running throughout and the lead sounds are effective too. 'Libra' a lovely addition to the release with it's nice Officer-esque punchy and inviting kicks. A good layering process throughout leading you on a bit job. The vocal throughout is mesmeric and the synth and lead sounds are perfect for the track. A good production from the Irish dance producer.
