Cape Town born artist and musician; Natalie Lucia performs her take on alternative acoustic music with a sincere intensity, she has been the voice of a few underground South African bands and worked on collaborations with other artists over the years. She performs heartfelt songs based on love, life and loss. Genre: Ambient folk/pop rock
Born in Ireland and raised in South Africa, Alanna writes according to emotion not genre, but describes her sound as ambient folk/pop rock. Her music is lyrically and vocally focused and she accompanies herself with gentle guitar. At a young age she was exposed to artists such as Paul Simon, The Beatles and Katie Melua. The music she is influenced by today includes those and many others such as Alanis Morisette, Katie Melua and Tracy Chapman. At 19 years old, she has been writing music since the age of 15 and has been playing for much longer. Her lyrics and performances are both personal and emotive, taking the listener upon an emotional journey. Her songs are all connected, in an almost storyteller manner, and mainly revolve around the different elements of one’s relationship with oneself and others. She has begun playing with the band "The Guy Is Alive" and has since performed with them at venues such as The Waterfront Ampitheatre, City Hall, The Obviously Armchair and The Quay 4.

 Minority For The Masses is a 4-Piece - Rock/Alternate/Punk Band🤘, from Durban, South Africa. Formed at about the beginning of 2011, consisting of Jon Perry (Guitar/Vocals), Jake Blackwell (Guitar/Vocals), Jarred Baney (Drums). Matthew Baxter (Bass/Backing Vocals). Their name comes from a general feeling amongst the band that there is a hell of a lot of good rock music out there that Isn’t exposed to the general masses of the world. What happened to the days of taking risks and living on the edge, of going out to your local rock club regardless of who you are and where you come from, enjoying music that Is the very spirit and sound board for the agony’s and ecstasy’s of life and youth. Well that is what this band is all about, trying to revive that very instinct that lies in all of us! Work hard- play hard, reap what you sow, life isn’t fair, the big wheel turns, party like a rock star and kick a little ass! Are common themes in their song writing. By taking these four individuals and combining their talents together to become a tornado of sound and energy, being released upon an unsuspecting world, only time will tell how far this storm of Rock will Rage.
