Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Bass Player, Johnny Pisano has toured internationally in the music scene for over 30 years. Working with artists both in recording studios and on the road, Johnny has performed alongside Bruce Springsteen, Billie Joe Armstrong, Steven Van Zandt, Alice Cooper, Joan Jett, Mike Peters, Ryan Adams, Willie Nile, Jesse Malin, Deborah Harry, Kate Pierson (B-52’s), Leonard Graves Phillips (The Dickies), Cheetah Chrome, Peter Criss, David Johansen, Robert Gordon, Jimmy Vivino, Glen Matlock, Handsome Dick Manitoba, The Counting Crows, Nancy Pelosi, Fred Armisen (“SNL”), and many, many more.

Born in Turin in 2022, BEZOAR is a decomposed instrumental trio featuring Alain Lapaglia (Morkobot, The Turin Horse), Salvatore Aricò (Khoy, Marmore), and Luca Di Stefano (Zolfo, Nouccello). We are a compact mass of partially digested material.
