Lock & Key 10 [Decemnber 2021]

We had the pleasure of seeing Mystery Affair at Panorama Bar in Berlin this past fall, and to say the set was magical was an understatement. We knew we needed her talent and special sound selection on the podcast. When she agreed, we were super excited, and are even more excited to share this podcast with you.

Mystery Affair is a Mexican DJ, Producer and Promoter. Among her achievements is the creation of her own recording lable, MONOCERO RECORDS. She’s also featured as part of the DJ list in SUNDAY SUNDAY Guadalajara party scene and proud member of the BORN IN MEXICO family. Her signature hypnodance sets explore the alleys of house, italo disco, dark disco and techno, managing every time to set the dance floor in fire.

MMYYLO - IN DARK WE TRUST #205

Karla Lynch is a French DJ, producer, party-organizer and shortly label manager. Her stage name refers to the eponymous film-maker and his strange and dreamlike art. Her project was born when she joined the Human Magic collective in 2022. She’s since played in major Parisian clubs and festivals such as Badaboum, Marvellous Island Festival, Madame Loyal Festival, Kilomètre25, Le Mazette and across France and beyond. Her first track « Red Mirage »  out on HEARec has been premiered on Feinstoff. 

Expect a concoction of mystical indie dance with hypnotic rhythms and dark disco with rock sonorities. 
At the crossroads of Mexico and Berlin, she takes her audience on a psychedelic journey.

This set for Disco Suicide starts with the unreleased tribute to Pink Floyd of her mentor and collaborator Iba Boö.

From a very young age connected to electronic music he has developed a extensive career as a DJ. 

During three years he was also the owner and artistic director of Berlanga,a referent club in the south of Spain.

Free heart and mind to create dance music with multiple generational influences from 80’s and 90’s,having published some ep’s on international labels such as Nein,Latido,Factor City or Logical.
His tracks have been played and supported by The Hacker, Curses, Jennifer Cardini or Ivan Smagghe.

At this moment he is also working with Latido Records,he is co-responsible in the musical part, searching and selecting.

So far, this has culminated into a multi-year podcast, 3D animation studio, and experience driven events and galleries. 

It’s time for us to break away from the predictive mundane to build the world we crave. No matter how you got here, we celebrate who you are.
