For this episode we welcome a fresh young talent from Thessaloniki, Greece, who feels as comfortable behind the DJ booth as in the studio. Annē's music career started like that of most people; as a raver infatuated by electronic music. This was back in 2012 and since then, Annē has fully dedicated herself to pursuing her passion, while always staying true to her roots as a club-goer. For her, music is about emotion and her productions - a mixture of dark landscapes, powerful basslines and pumping sounds - are a testament to this belief. Next to being a member of SINS Thessaloniki she is also co-founder of her own "External Project" and has played at Reworks Festival 2019 next to the likes of Newa. With releases on labels such as Out-of-Place and Soma, she is quickly rising to fame in her home country and beyond, no wonder Athens Voice Magazine voted her best disk jockey in Greece for 2019!

Moving to Germany from England 15 years ago in search of an inspirational scene that embraced his tough, uncompromising sound. First discovered by Sven Väth, Mark has since gone on to establish a reputation totally respected by his peers through groundbreaking productions on iconic labels such as Cocoon, Drumcode, Soma, Second State, Bedrock, ELEVATE, Intec, Bek Audio, and many more.

Fully established on the scene, Mark has helped push electronic music forward as a solo artist, while working with true heavyweights like Adam Beyer and Pig&Dan. Equally at home behind the decks and a mixer live as he is in the studio, Mark’s DJ sets have been receiving fantastic feedback. His talent and artistic vision take listeners on a thrilling journey full of hard-driving beats and intense melodies at dance floors around the globe, such as Awakenings Gashouder, Space Ibiza, Fabrik Madrid, or Rex Club.

As an essential step in his evolution, Mark set up a record label in the form of the excellent SubVision. SubVision acts as a platform not only for Mark but also for all kinds of true talent to keep pushing their underground sound onto dance floors worldwide. SubVision has been quietly growing and maturing in its approach, encompassing Mark’s values as a DJ and Producer. Elo joins our radio today for our 42nd podcast release. Born and raised in Berlin, Elo started her journey in electronic music in other directions, but found her way to techno in the last couple months. Now 18 - Elo started a collective with her friends ( @azurcollective ) and is seeking to contribute to her hometown's much celebrated cultural scene!

After playing the piano as a kid, Elo first got into singing and produced pop music in her earlier years. She was then introuduced to the decks two years ago, which made her realize that she just loves playing music in front of people! Now, her goal is to cary her sets to larger stages where she can combine her singing with live techno sets.
